6:51 PM: mom and dad are having lots of issues with our computer, so we are asking everyone to patient in waiting for new pics, while we try to figure it out. (this is also why we can’t rotate pictures to the correct angle in the photo albums – sorry!)

“Aunt Missi came all the way in from Pennsylvania to see me! Today I went to Dealy Plaza with Mom, Dad and Aunt Missi! We got to see the Grassy Knoll where Kennedy was shot, and went in the Book Depository (now the 6th floor museum) to see where the shots came from! How cool!”

2:00 PM: Brendan is officially home! Our doctors were both so impressed with how well we were doing, they sent us home after only 28 hours. He’s still doing wonderfully, and is sleeping a LOT. What an Angel

10:55 AM: We went to the doctor today! He says that Brendan is still head down, and starting to drop. I’m dilated to 2 cm, and he thinks that after this time next week, he could be here ANY DAY! How exciting!! He also estimates that the baby is 7lbs 6oz (but that is only a guess).

2:34 PM :Well today is my first official day off for my Maternity Leave! It was spent hanging around the house, sleeping, and watching old movies on Cable. Enjoyable…. but I know tomorrow will be filled with cleaning and prepping the house for family, guests and little Brendan!

6:00 AM : So we are safe at home in Texas this morning, after an adventurous weekend. The wedding, shower and vacation were all incredible…. except for this one thing. Monday morning before the shower I had a horrible migraine that had been going on since Sunday morning. I couldn’t keep any good down, and was in horrible pain. So mom and I went to my old Dr’s office in Corry and they did some blood work to find out that a few of my levels were our of whack. Including my Sed Rate, and my White BC Count. she thought that there was some swelling on my temporal artery that was causing problems, so The dr wanted to do a CT scan, but I wasn’t comfortable doing that without JR in the same state as me, so she refused to put me on an antibiotic until I got home to see my own doctor. So basically, I was medicated (pain meds) for the remainder of the vacation. Mom wasn’t comfortable with me doing the trip home alone so instead of driving home on tuesday, she flew to dallas with me on Wednesday, and is leaving for ft lauderdale this morning. We are going to try to get into the dr here this morning, so we’ll keep yall posted.
